Triad Case Management is a newly formed entity resulting from the merger of two of Michigan’s most respected case managers, Jennifer Meadows, BA and Maureen McCall, RN. The merger adds value to the existing clients of both case managers and gives us the benefit of broader expertise and greater reach across even more areas of healthcare. Suffice to say, Triad Case Management represents a multi-faceted approach to total patient care. At Triad we respect individual client needs and the perspectives and circumstances they each bring.

Why we're different
As with any case management firm, our client’s success is our success. That almost goes without saying. But at Triad Case Management, it's not just business as usual. We understand the intricacies of how the healthcare, legal and insurance industries work. We have valuable relationships and friendships with many individuals in all of these industries and we are extremely proud and fortunate to have some incredibly bright strategists on staff. However, what truly sets us apart is our approach--one that has been described as "quiet conversations, backed up by long friendships."
Our process
At Triad, we take a very meticulous approach to everything we do. Simply put, we do our homework. We pride ourselves on being able to help our clients stay as well-informed as possible on whatever issue we're dealing with, perhaps even ahead of the curve, if possible. Naturally, this is no easy task when you consider how quickly things change in today's healthcare. We work together with our clients to craft strategies and identify tactics that we feel will be effective to achieve our goals. Nothing happens in a vacuum.
